AWARD WINNING - AIRPORT TRANSFER, PRIVATE HIRE AND PERSONAL CHAUFFEUR SERVICE

1. If a booking with us to/from airport is made - it is the person booking it to ensure the correct information is supplied to us - landing date, ached times, flight number, contact numbers names of passengers.
2. Car parking is charged at cost - some airports also have dropped off charges; again this will be charged at cost.
3. Waiting time is always charged - however the first hour at airports are free.
4. Cancellations made within 24hrs of participation are chargeable at full cost
5. A "no show" at the airport- i.e. a driver is waiting at the airport and nobody arrives is charged at full cost
6. Extra stops are charged at a agreeable rate either on the day or in advance when booking is made.
7. Driver reserves the right to refuse any passengers on reasonable grounds - this is normally due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour - Full payment will still be charged
8. Night rate / early morning rate applies - this will be agreed at time of booking
9. We accept no responsibility for damage to luggage or property whilst in/on our vehicles
10. Should any of our vehicles for whatever reason become solid in any way a charge of £500.00 upwards will apply. This is to cover valet clean and loss of earnings.
11. We accept NO responsibility for delays however caused - this includes mechanical failure / adverse weather/ traffic congestion. We care and will always do what we can to get you to your destination
